We strive to offer you the best in terms of quality and value, if the product does not match the description or is damaged, we will be happy to take the product back and refund your purchase in full. Otherwise sales are final. 25% restocking fee for ineligible(non-defective) returned items.

➣ We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

➣ Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. All customizable and made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

➣ Request your return authorization number by sending an e-mail to shotdealinfo@gmail.com with a detailed reason for the return and photos or video of the product that supports your reason. After approval, you will receive the return level and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

➣ To ensure your return, please use the tracked mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

➣ Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to you using your original method within 7 days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used for your original purchase.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We've seen some credit card companies take up to 7 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

RETURN COSTS
We do not charge any restocking fees and we do not charge any return fees for damaged or defective products. However, if the customer purchases the wrong products or simply wants to return the item, the customer will pay the actual cost of return shipping.
